PPP Center Deputy Executive Director Eleazar E. Ricote speaks before participants of the Local Planners Forum organized by NRO and RDC 8 in Tacloban. He tackled the role of local planning officers in relation to the Center’s local PPP strategy. The Forum is a collaboration between the PPP Center and the NEDA NRO as one of the initiatives under its PPP Knowledge Corner.
