PPP Center Executive Director Ferdinand A. Pecson was invited to the quarterly speaker series of the Kellogg-Northwestern Alumni Association of the Philippines to talk about the latest updates on PPP projects and processes. E.D. Pecson is a Kellogg-Northwestern alumnus having completed his Master of Business Administration for Operations, Marketing and Finance at Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management in 2000.
