The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental (PGNO) invites interested parties to qualify and bid for the Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project (NBWSP). The NBWSP involves the financing, engineering design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a bulk water supply system with a minimum capacity of 34.5 million liters/day (MLD) to be sourced from the Imbang River and/or Malogo River, and is expected to supply treated bulk water to six (6) Water Service Providers in the Province of Negros Occidental, namely: Silay City, Talisay City, Victorias City, Bacolod City, Municipality of Manapla, and Municipality of EB Magalona. The Project shall be implemented through a Joint Venture (JV) with the PGNO for a period of thirty-eight (38) years, inclusive of construction period.

This invitation to bid is open to all interested parties, whether local or foreign, subject to conditions for qualification under the Bidding Documents, the Province of Negros Occidental Public-Private Partnership for the People (P4) Code (Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance No. 2018-001), the PPP Code of the Philippines, the Constitution, and other applicable laws and jurisprudence.
