The Iloilo-Guimaras Ferry Terminal Complex PPP Project is a Joint Venture project by the City Government of Iloilo and DoubleDragon Properties Corporation. The project involves the redevelopment of the existing Parola Terminal into a modern terminal complex with an air-conditioned terminal lobby, ticketing area, canopied loading arcades, public toilets, and designated parking areas and drop-off points. Constructed adjacent to the terminal is a public park and a shopping mall to serve the needs of at least 3,500 daily passengers between Iloilo City and the Island Province of Guimaras.
