The PPP Center wishes to clarify that the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) as Implementing Agency (IA) of the Kennon Road Rehabilitation/Improvement and Operation and Maintenance Project has yet to conduct a detailed study to determine if the project will indeed be delivered as a PPP project.
The timeline presented by the DPWH during the Market Sounding Exercise for the Kennon Road Rehabilitation/Improvement and Operation and Maintenance Project is only indicative in nature and may change subject to the preparation of the feasibility study and other compliance requirements.
