Bislig City Bulk Water Supply and Septage Project Press Release: Invitation to Qualify and Bid

The Bislig City Water District (BCWD) invites interested parties to qualify and bid for the following projects: (1) Bislig City Bulk Water Supply Project and (2) Bislig City Septage Project.

The Bislig City Bulk Water Supply Project involves the design, financing, construction, and operations and maintenance of a bulk water facility, and the rehabilitation and capacity expansion of the existing distribution network. The required minimum capacity of the bulk water facility is 10 million liters per day (MLD). It is expected to supply treated water to BCWD’s customers and is to be sourced from Burboanan River. The bulk water supply project shall be implemented through a joint venture with BCWD for a period of thirty-three (33) years, inclusive of construction period.

The Bislig City Septage Project involves the design, financing, construction, and operations and maintenance of a septage system (septage treatment plant with a minimum capacity of 40 cubic meters per day and a fleet of desludging trucks/vacuum trucks). The septage project shall be implemented through a joint venture with BCWD for a period of thirty-three (33) years, inclusive of construction period.
