The local government of Baggao in Cagayan conducted pre-bid conference for its first PPP project — the Baggao Water Supply Project on August 17, 2018 at the PPP Center. The project will supply piped potable water to 24 barangays in Baggao, Cagayan. The Php 84 million water project is structured as a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) with a 25-year concession period.
