It is designed to seamlessly harmonize and integrate development efforts across multiple properties within the Clark Freeport and Economic Zone, including the Clark Civil Aviation Complex. Key aspects of this renewal effort include the creation of sustainable public spaces, a river park for rainwater management and wastewater recycling, and the integration of smart city technologies, revolutionizing urban life.

Project Objectives

  1. Implement innovative rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment technologies to address water supply issues, contributing to environmental sustainability and resilience;
  2. Conserve and promote the historical and cultural significance of Clark, highlighting its aviation heritage and contributions to Philippine history.
  3. Transform underutilized areas into vibrant, sustainable spaces to promote a "work, live, play" culture in the CCAC
