The project involves establishing and operating a company engaged in the provision of water and sewerage services and in the establishment, operation and maintenance of water and sewerage facilities and systems in the Subic Special Economic and Free Port Zone consisting of the City of Olongapo and the Municipality of Subic, Province of Zambales and the lands by the Subic Naval Base and its contiguous extension.
