Project Description

The Project involves the construction of a Waste to Energy (WtE) facility and support facilities to process NCC’s waste and generate electricity for locators. The private sector is expected to finance, design, construct and operate these facilities.

The Project aims to optimize the economic use of the land, secure an alternative and reliable energy source for New Clark City locators, and explore optimal revenue-sharing schemes for the BCDA
