Project Description
Established and inaugurated on March 2023, the Rising City Hotel is the LGU’s premier tourist establishment aimed at providing a range of understated but elegant accommodation amenities while ensuring a clean, safe, and restful stay for guests and visitors. The hotel stands near the City Convention Center in Barangay Sapang Palay Proper where event attendees may choose to stay in. It has two large rooms for group clients, two premium rooms, two suite rooms, and four deluxe rooms. This establishment has a small cafeteria, and its two large rooms can be converted into a meeting hall. A contractual agreement may be arranged between the LGU and the interested private proponent for its operation and management. The private proponent, which shall rent the establishment from the LGU, shall provide improvements or additional facilities to the hotel and operate the expanded project over an agreed term.
