Project Description

The Pasig River Expressway Project is a 19.37 km six-lane, all elevated expressway which traverses the entirety of Pasig River. The project starts from Radial Road 10 in the City of Manila and shall terminate at a connection to the South East Metro Manila Expressway (C6). The Project will connect and utilize a 2.7-km portion of Skyway Stage 3 from Plaza Azul to San Juan River.

The entire alignment of the project is divided into three segments- (1) Radial Road 10 to MMSS3-Plaza Azul; (Common Alignment with MMSS3) at Plaza Azul to San Juan River; (2) San Juan River (MMSS3 to C5 Intersection; (3) C5 Intersection to C6 Intersection.

On 14 March 2022, the Office of the President approved the Supplemental Toll Operation Agreement (STOA) for the Pasig Expressway (PAREX) Project, subject to some conditions.

During the 16 February 2023 TRB Board Meeting, the Board approved the consulting firms shortlisted by PAREX's Corp.
Status as of July 25, 2023: On-going preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED)
