The proposal includes the building of at least 300 bus bays, a cold storage facility, and market. The project aims to to transform Manila’s Pandacan oil depot into a transport and food hub

Project Objectives

The Project aims to (1) provide jobs and livlihood opportunities, (2) provide safer and healthier environment to the communities surrounding the area, (3) provide efficient transport of food and agricultural products, (4) generate more revenue for the City of Manila and for the country, and (5) help address traffic congestion in Metro Manila.
