Project Description

An elevated expressway to be constructed along existing major road that will link the South Luzon Expressway and the North Luzon Expressway from Alabang, Muntinlupa to Balintawak, Caloocan City through the mid-western corridor of Metro Manila with a total length of 35 kms., more or less. When completed, it will be an alternative to EDSA as a major expressway that will link the northern and southern regions of Luzon.
