The Project involves the construction of a terminal center with structures for buses, mini-buses, vans, jeepneys, and tricycles with necessary facilities, amenities, commercial spaces, and parking lots. The facilities including all the improvements will be transferred to the Local Government of Legazpi City after the lease period.
