The project involves the joint redevelopment of the PNOC and DOE BGC Properties, also known as Energy Center. It covers the 5,3-Hectare property owned by the developments. Highlighting sustainability, the PNOC and DOE situated in Bonifacio Global City Project will be geared towards sustainable (BGC) Taguig City.
The private proponent on their proposal offer to redevelop the property into a Mixed-used Township which will be comprised of office buildings, co-living spaces, residential condominiums, integrated retail spaces, and park and open spaces.
The private proponent envisioned to feature a mixed-used development which will include office, retail, residential spaces such as condominium units, co-living spaces, and other developments. Highlighting sustainablity, the Project will be geared towards sustainable development and shall utilize modern construction techniques and shall make use of the socio-economic and environmental impact. Also, another key feature of the Project according to the Private Proponent is its unparalleled accessibility to all major transports such as the Uptown Bonifacio transportation hub, and Bonifacio Global City - Ortigas Link Bridge, among others.
