Project Description

The project is an unsolicited proposal for a joint venture to undertake the following:

  1. The rehabilitation, replacement, upgrading, operation, maintenance, and expansion of MIWD’s existing water production and distribution network in Iloilo;
  2. The design, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of new pipeline networks and distribution systems in Iloilo to improve the delivery of treated water to the population of Iloilo and reduce the volume of non-revenue water; and
  3. The upgrading of the billing and collection system of MIWD through the development and use of an automated system.
