The general objective of the project is primarily to attain the highest possible level of water supply service for, as far as feasibly possible, 100% of water consumers within the coverage of the joint venture area. The project is located in the concession area of Paniqui Water District consisting of 35 barangays of the Municipality of Paniqui, Tarlac.
