Project Description
The project involved the design, development, financing, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of the Power plant, including the transmission line and switchyard, fuel receiving and storage facilities and other site development works. It also included the supply, installation and testing of the additional substation equipment needed for the interconnection of the Rosario substation.
