The project involves financing, construction, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance and transfer of ownership of all improvements and facilities to the Provincial Government of Bataan after the lease period. The Project will serve as the new Governor’s Office and other provincial government offices. The development will include a business process outsourcing, commercial areas, hotel, among others.
