The project involved the development, design, construction, equipping, financing, completion, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance of a bunker- fired land-based diesel generating power Plant with a Dependable Capacity of 58 MW. The project aims to provide additional plant capacity to meet the power supply deficiencies in the Luzon Grid.
