Project Description
NORTHWEST STAR will enter into a Public-Private partnership with Joint Venture as modality with PGB to address the growth and development opportunities in Mariveles. PGB will provide the land for the Project; on the other hand, Northwest Star will undertake the site design, development plan, land use planning, land preparation and land development activities under the Project. The estimated project life is fifteen (15) years.
Project Objectives
To promote sustainable site design, development plan, and land use in the Province of Bataan that is also in line with the PGB's vision to achieve the lowest poverty incidence resulting from quality growth, attaining top-level Human Development Index in the Philippines.
