Alien Certificate of Registration Identity (ACR-I) Card Project

Project Brief
Project Description

The Project is a smart card and biometric based identification of alien residents. It involves the automation of the registration and issuance of various documentations to aliens, endorsement and various reports to BI officials and provides an accurate and tamper resistant identification system.

The project involves the financing, systems design and development, installation, testing, commissioning and operation, data input, creation of a database, systems maintenance and upgrading, and training of concerned BI personnel at the BI Main Office, eight (8) international ports of entry/exit, and twelve (12) BI district offices It also covers the production, adaptation, and customization of ACR-I Cards as well as the issuance of processed ACR-I Cards.
