Selected faculty and resource persons of UP Planades, the research and planning arm of the UP School of Urban and Regional Planning, undertook a training of trainers program as part of their participation in the Local Capacity Building Institution (LCBI) initiative of the PPP Center.
The core training courses adopt a comprehensive learning-by-doing approach which focuses on project management , including project identification, prioritization, procurement, approvals,
contract management, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.
