Implementing agencies with projects under approval; Members of the PPP Pre-Qualification Bids and Awards Committee/PPP Selection Committee. The participants shall be comprised of representatives from implementing agencies with awarded projects or projects near award, preferably members of the PPP Contract Management Unit/PPP Regulatory Authority.
