Introduction to the PPP Code and its IRR

The session will discuss the salient features of Republic Act No. 11966, also known as the PPP Code of the Philippines, which was signed on December 5, 2023.
The discussion will also expound on the specific processes, timelines and documentary requirements under the solicited and unsolicited tracks as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of this legal framework.
This capacity building activity will be conducted via hybrid set-up (in-person and online). Slots for in-person participation shall be limited by the organizers.
This session shall be limited to officials and technical officers of Local Government Units (LGUs), and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) in SOCCSKSARGEN and Caraga Region.

The participants shall be comprised of representatives from LGUs and LUCs in SOCCSKSARGEN and Caraga Region.

Please note that the deadline for pre-registration is TWO WEEKS before the indicated schedule of the conduct. The training team shall only send the registration confirmation via email to participants who registered prior to the deadline.
