/ Knowledge Management / Events / Briefing on the PPP Code and Consultation on the Implementing Rules and Regulations / Knowledge Management / Events / Briefing on the PPP Code and Consultation on the Implementing Rules and Regulations The session will discuss key features of the Republic Act No. 11966 or the Public-Private Partnership or PPP Code of the Philippines signed on December 5, 2023. This session will also highlight the transitory provisions embedded in the code, addressing their implications on the pre-existing contracts and PPP projects already in the pipeline before the implementation of the code.
The session shall also provide an opportunity for participants to provide inputs and comments to the law’s Implementing Rules and Regulations, for consideration of the IRR Committee.
This session is intended for all national implementing agencies including National Government Agencies (NGAs), government-owned-and-controlled corporations (GOCCs), and Government Financial Institutions (GFIs)
