The PPP Center sponsored a Knowledge Sharing Session on the Expropriation Proceedings and Right-of-Way (ROWA) Acquisition Process. State Solicitor Omar M. Diaz from the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) served as the resource speaker. Participants included various government agencies who are currently implementing or will implement PPP projects.
