NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS TO THE BOT-IRR
As Chair of the Build-Operate-Transfer – Implementing Rules and Regulations (BOT-IRR) Committee, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) is inviting the public to participate in the public hearing on the proposed amendments to the BOT-IRR. The hearing will be held at the Bulwagan ng Diwang Pilipino, Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), Penthouse, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City on 11 May 2011, 9:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m.
The proposed amendments to the BOT-IRR are available for public review in the NEDA website (www.neda.gov.ph). Participants are encouraged to share their comments regarding the amendments during the hearing.
Interested parties will be accommodated on a first-come-first serve basis and are requested to address a formal letter to NEDA indicating their participation on or before 09 May 2011, 5:00 P.M. You may send your letter through fax number 631-2188 or through electronic mail at INFRACOM@neda.gov.ph.
