Monthly Salary: Php 34,998.00
Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor’s degree from any development-related course
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience in event management and/or facilitation
Training: At least four (4) hours of training related to the above-stated duties and responsibilities

    • Written and spoken proficiency in English and Filipino.
    • Knowledge on data analysis and analytical writing
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and Google applications
    • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)
    • Knowledge on interactive online platforms (e.g. Mentimeter, Quizizz) and e-Learning platforms/Learning Management System
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities

The Training Assistant shall be engaged for a period of six months from the date of signing of the contract. Within this period, the Training Assistant will provide support to the conduct of the Division’s capacity-building activities such as:

A. Assistance in CBD’s tasks

  1. Overall assistance in the conduct of the end-to-end process of PPP Center programmed and on-demand CBAs, as assigned by the CBD Chief or the Lead Training Specialist
  2. Assistance to the Lead Training Specialist in the CBA documentation including the open forum/Q&A proceedings, and drafting the End-of-Training-Report (EOTR) of capacity building activities (CBAs)
  3. Assistance in records management including the organization and updating of CBD’s mailing list and CBD’s training database

B. Procurement-related tasks

  1. Preparation and facilitation of procurement documents for major logistical requirements of 2024 capacity-building activities (e.g., national and regional roll-outs of the Introduction to the PPP Code and its IRR)

C. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the CBD Chief for the duration of the contract
