Preferred Qualifications/Competencies

Background in any Development-related course
Written and spoken proficiency in English and Filipino
Proficiency in office applications (word, spreadsheet, presentation) and Google/Outlook applications
Preferably has basic knowledge on video editing tools
Preferably has basic knowledge on Microsoft (MS) Access
Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the overall supervision of the CBKMS Director III and Director IV and directly reporting to the CBD Chief, the intern will provide support for activities relating to the Division’s reportorial requirements, and database management. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assistance in the creation of microlearning tools, such as audio-visual presentation of capacity building activity (CBA) house rules and other capacity building learning content;
  2. Assistance in updating the CBD training database;
  3. Assistance in the documentation of Q&A during online and in-person CBAs; and,
  4. Other tasks/duties may be assigned by the Division Chief.

Duration
To be determined based on prescribed internship hours

Internship Schedule
The TOR is output-based. CBD is flexible with the internship hours and does not require specific number of hours per day, as long as the intern is able to deliver the tasks.

The intern can freely choose his/her/their own schedule. For transparency purposes, the intern may use PPP Center Human Resources Division’s (HRD) prescribed accomplishment report form to enumerate the completed tasks and the number of hours spent.

Internship Site
Flexible (combination of on-site reporting at the PPP Center office and work from home arrangement, as discussed with the CBD Chief)

Expected outputs

  1. AVP on House Rules for CBAs and CBA content
  2. Updated CBD Training Database
  3. Draft documentation of CBA open forum and meeting-briefing highlights (if any)
