Duties and Responsibilities
A. Supervisory Duties:
- Plan, program, and distributes work of the division.
- Motivate, train, and develop subordinates to improve current performance.
- Review and evaluate the performance of employees and identify actions to improve performance.
- Maintain morale and discipline among employees of the division.
- Develop cooperative and well-coordinated workforce.
- Coordinate, cooperate, and establish working relationships with the various PPPC units and external offices that impact on the division outputs.
- Review outputs of subordinates.
B. Technical Duties:
- Provide legal advice on operational matters.
- Prepare legal advice and assistance to all Services of the PPP Center in the performance of their mandated functions, roles and responsibilities.
- Review internal documents, issuances, communications and other related documents of the PPP Center and its officials and employees.
- Prepare legal advice/assistance to the PPP Center officials and employees.
- Assess potential litigation arising from contract variations.
- Conduct legal research and specialized studies.
- Attend meetings/conferences within and outside PPP Center.
- Perform such other appropriate tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
