Duties and Responsibilities
The PEA shall be engaged for a period of six (6) months from the date of signing of the contract. Within this period, the PEA shall:
Assist regular Project Evaluation Officers on the following:
- Determination of completeness of unsolicited proposals pursuant to Section 10(a) of the PPP Code.
- Validation of completeness of agency submissions to the ICC, and subsequently informing agencies of its completeness and deficiencies, as applicable;
- Consolidation of findings of the PPPC, DOF and NEDA into a report, for submission to the approving authority;
- Preparation of materials for PPP projects that will be discussed at the ICC-Technical Board, ICC-Cabinet Committee and the NEDA Board;
- Validation of the compliance of agencies to the instructions of the approving authority;
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Comply with administrative requirements, specifically:
- Prepare monthly workplan; and,
- Submit accomplishment/progress report on assigned tasks on a bi-monthly basis
