Duties and Responsibilities

The PEA shall be engaged for a period of six (6) months from the date of signing of the contract. Within this period, the PEA shall:

Assist regular Project Evaluation Officers on the following:

  1. Determination of completeness of unsolicited proposals pursuant to Section 10(a) of the PPP Code.
  2. Validation of completeness of agency submissions to the ICC, and subsequently informing agencies of its completeness and deficiencies, as applicable;
  3. Consolidation of findings of the PPPC, DOF and NEDA into a report, for submission to the approving authority;
  4. Preparation of materials for PPP projects that will be discussed at the ICC-Technical Board, ICC-Cabinet Committee and the NEDA Board;
  5. Validation of the compliance of agencies to the instructions of the approving authority;
  6. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Comply with administrative requirements, specifically:

  1. Prepare monthly workplan; and,
  2. Submit accomplishment/progress report on assigned tasks on a bi-monthly basis
