The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through its Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF), intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Seven and 97/100 Pesos (PhP 10,306,327.97), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Project Preparation for the DOTr Central Office Main Building Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
