The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center), through the General Appropriations Act of 2022 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,850,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Commissioning, and Installation of Network Core Switch and Wi-Fi Devices/CN 2022-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
