The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the National Expenditure Program for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 3,225,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 55 Units Laptop Computers/CN 2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
