The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1,250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Security Services for CY 2022 (Procurement Project)/CN 2022-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
