The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the 2020 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Comprehensive Maintenance and Preventive Repair Services for the Network and Security Equipment for FY 2020 (CN No. 2020-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
