The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center), through the General Appropriations Act of 2016intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP1,988,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following:
