The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center), through the General Appropriations Act of 2022 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighteen Pesos (Php 2,597,118.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Year Subscription of Adobe Licenses. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
