Project Description

The Project aims to digitalize the majority of processes involved in issuing the Special Resident Retiree Visa, as well as post-issuance services such as ID renewal, deposit conversion to active investments, and restamping. Additionally, it seeks to digitally transform most of the internal systems and processes within PRA to ensure the successful fulfillment of its mandate.

Project Objectives

The Project aims to digitalize processes for faster approvals and benefit disbursements, enhance data accuracy through digital verification, and implement an all-in-one platform to simplify applications and improve access to services. It also seeks to drive revenue growth and innovation by creating new products, expanding into the digital economy, and collaborating with partners.
