Project Description
The proposed Mixed-Use Commercial-Medical Hub aims to highlight the surging economic growth of the Sapang Palay District to include a mix of government health facilities and commercial establishments for holistic health and wellness care including, but not limited to, specialty treatment and diagnostic clinics, fitness centers, and pharmacies. The project will involve the design, build, operations through leasing to interested locators, maintenance, and transfer of the facilities.
