Project Brief
Project Description

The project involves the finance, plan, design, develop, install, test, commission, deploy and rollout of PEZA CENTRAL SYSTEM project under a Concession Agreement arrangement between PEZA and the Private Sector Partner. The Project aims to provide a full automation solution on business enterprises registration, PEZA review and approval up to the issuance of Electronic Certificates with encrypted QR codes and Blockchain Technology (Business Enterprise Registration Management System), a single database hosting of all product lists and electronic permits with improved risk management by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help PEZA with its evaluation process (Permit Management System), an online platform which will enable PEZA to have a real-time monitoring of truck movements, audit trail of permits vs trucks (Logistic Management System), expand the existing PEZA Network Operation Center and enhanced cybersecurity. The Project also aims to consolidate all PEZA data in one single secured repository, as currently, PEZA data and information is held by the VAS providers.

Project Objectives

The project aims to fully automate the application for registration with PEZA including the issuance of PEZA certificates. This program is in compliance with the directive of the President under SONA Directive No. PBBM 2023-041 entitled "Expediting Digitalization Efforts Toward better public service delivery.
