The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through its Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF), intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Seven and 15/100 Pesos (PhP 16,708,777.15), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Transaction Advisory Services for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
