The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through its Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF), intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Eight Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Twenty-Five and Ninety-Hundredths Pesos (PhP 16,846,025.90), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Independent Consultant for the Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project, Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
