The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center), through the National Expenditures Program for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laptop Computers /CN 2024-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
