The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the Continuing Appropriations of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of New Audio Equipment for the Board Room/ CN 2023-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
