The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through theGeneral Appropriations Act of 2023 intends to apply the sum of One Million SevenHundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,700,00.00) being the ABC to payments under thecontract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Partition Panels/ CN 2023-07. Bidsreceived in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
