The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the General Appropriations Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 1,917,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) year Subscription of Adobe Licenses/CN 2021-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
