The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the General Appropriations Act of 2016 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (PhP1,076,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Janitorial Services for CY 2016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
